This Privacy Policy explains how I-SHIP Solutions Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated operating teams collect, use, protect, and share information when delivering maritime services, ship spares, digital platforms, cybersecurity support, and customer communications.

1. Scope

This policy covers information processed through I-SHIP websites, enquiry forms, product demonstrations, service requests, procurement workflows, remote support, onboard or office deployments, vessel-service coordination, ship-spares supply, software platforms, and cybersecurity operations.

Where a separate customer contract, data processing agreement, or platform-specific notice applies, that document may add more specific terms.

2. Information We Collect

Business contact information

Name, company, role, email address, phone number, office address, vessel or fleet association, and communication preferences.

Service and operational information

Vessel name, IMO number, equipment details, service history, spares requirements, dry-dock planning details, inspection reports, support tickets, screenshots, logs, documents, and correspondence needed to deliver services.

Digital platform information

User account details, role permissions, login activity, audit trails, device/browser data, IP address, error logs, form submissions, uploaded files, workflow records, and usage events within I-SHIP digital products.

Payment and commercial information

Quotation, invoice, purchase order, delivery, tax, and billing details. We do not intentionally collect full card numbers through the public website.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to enquiries, support requests, quotations, and service instructions.
  • Deliver vessel services, ship spares, digital solutions, cybersecurity support, and project coordination.
  • Create and manage accounts, permissions, tickets, reports, and operational records.
  • Improve safety, reliability, quality control, training, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Send service updates, security notices, renewal reminders, and relevant business communications.

We may share information with I-SHIP affiliates, authorized service partners, vendors, logistics providers, class or compliance stakeholders, cloud and IT providers, payment and accounting providers, and professional advisers where needed for legitimate business purposes.

Because maritime work is international, information may be processed in Singapore, India, China, Japan, Korea, UAE, Europe, or other locations where I-SHIP, our customers, vessels, partners, or infrastructure operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and processing purpose.

5. Security and Retention

We apply access controls, role-based permissions, secure hosting practices, backups, monitoring, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

We retain information for as long as needed to deliver services, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, support audits, comply with law, and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary by record type, contract, and jurisdiction.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. If you believe information shared with I-SHIP has been exposed or misused, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and relationship with I-SHIP, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for service delivery, legal duties, security, audit, or legitimate business reasons.

You may also ask us to stop non-essential marketing communications. Operational, security, billing, and service messages may still be sent where necessary.
