1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, using an I-SHIP portal, or engaging I-SHIP Solutions Pte. Ltd. for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act for a company, vessel owner, manager, operator, vendor, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Specific signed agreements, purchase orders accepted by I-SHIP, statements of work, platform subscriptions, or service contracts may override these terms where they expressly conflict.
2. Services and Scope
I-SHIP provides maritime technology, vessel services, ship spares, digital operations software, cybersecurity services, project coordination, dry-dock support, inspection support, and related advisory or implementation work.
Service scope, timelines, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, and pricing will be defined in the applicable quotation, proposal, contract, ticket, or written confirmation. Unless expressly agreed, estimates are not fixed guarantees and may change due to vessel conditions, port restrictions, third-party delays, parts availability, class requirements, weather, connectivity, or customer-side dependencies.
3. Quotations, Orders, Delivery, and Payment
- Quotations are valid only for the period stated and may depend on supplier availability, currency, freight, tax, and technical assumptions.
- An order is accepted only when I-SHIP confirms acceptance in writing or begins performance.
- Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as firm commitments in a signed agreement.
- Customer is responsible for accurate technical details, vessel access, permits, port permissions, safe working conditions, and timely approvals.
- Taxes, duties, bank charges, customs fees, travel, logistics, and third-party expenses may be charged separately unless included in writing.
- Late payment may result in suspension of service, delayed delivery, withholding of reports, or collection action, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
4. Digital Platforms and Software Use
Software, portals, dashboards, APIs, reports, and digital tools provided by I-SHIP are licensed for authorized business use only. Users must keep credentials confidential, use accurate information, avoid unauthorized access, and not interfere with service security or availability.
I-SHIP may update, maintain, suspend, or modify digital services to improve reliability, security, compliance, or functionality. Where practical, material planned downtime will be communicated in advance.
Unless agreed otherwise, I-SHIP retains ownership of its software, templates, workflows, documentation, designs, methods, code, analytics, and know-how. Customer data remains subject to the applicable contract and Privacy Policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities

7. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
Unless a signed contract specifies otherwise, these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should first be raised in good faith through commercial escalation before formal proceedings.
